nerolia.store is run by Nerolia, an information catalogue. Direct questions about your personal data to privacy@nerolia.store.
The name and mobile number entered in the order form, the product page you were on, and plain technical records of the visit such as the IP address in the server log. Card and mobile-money details are never asked for.
The request is sent to the product's supplier so that its adviser can call you, confirm the order and organise delivery.
Personal data is processed under the Personal Data Protection Act, 2022, based on the consent you give by submitting the form.
