nerolia.store is an information catalogue for visitors in Kenya. Nerolia is not a seller of the products and is not involved in any sale.
The product supplier is the seller. During the confirmation call you are told its name and address, and both are printed on the delivery documents.
The form asks for a phone call and does not complete a purchase. The contract with the supplier begins once you accept the order by phone.
Prices appear in Kenyan shillings and are paid on delivery. This site will not ask for card details or an M-Pesa PIN.
You can refuse the parcel at delivery. Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2012 remain unchanged.
