The name and phone number typed into the order form, the product page you used, and basic technical facts about the visit, for instance the IP address in the server log. No card or M-Pesa details are ever requested.
Your request goes to the product's supplier so that a consultant can ring you, confirm the order and arrange delivery.
Processing is carried out under the Data Protection Act, 2019, based on the consent you give by submitting the form.

No customer database exists on this site: requests are passed on and server logs are deleted after a short while. The supplier holds order records as long as the law requires.
