The supplier of the item is the seller. You are given its name and address during the confirmation call, and they appear on the delivery paperwork.
Sending the form asks for a call back; it is not a purchase. The agreement with the supplier comes into being when you accept the order on the phone.
Amounts are in Indian rupees and are settled in cash at delivery. This site will never request card details, a UPI PIN or an OTP.
