The name and mobile number you enter in the form, the product page it came from, and routine technical traces of the visit (browser, time, IP address in the server log). Card, UPI or bank details are never asked for.
The request is passed to the item's supplier so that its executive can ring you, check the order and set the delivery.
Processing is governed by the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and relies on the consent you give when you submit the form.
The supplier's call centre and, through it, the courier, and only as far as confirming and delivering the order requires. The request is relayed as a chat message via a messaging service (Telegram). No data is sold and no advertising profile is built.
