Climbing into a trotro or standing behind a stall all day can leave your joints grumbling. Each NabDol tablet carries turmeric, ginger, boswellia and neem; take it before food, as the bottle directs. Cash goes to the courier.
Turmeric and boswellia resin are the two plants most often taken for joints that bend and turn without fuss.
Ginger is the warming kitchen root people reach for when the body feels tight after work.
Neem leaf joins the blend, so a single herbal tablet carries the whole formula.

I sell provisions at Kejetia and spend hours standing. By afternoon my knees and lower back felt stiff, so I wanted something plant-based to add.
My sister in Takoradi swears by NabDol, so I got a bottle. One dose ahead of breakfast, following the label, and the walk to my stall is easier.

Herbal tablets work gradually, so give them regular daily use rather than judging after a day or two.
Check with a doctor before mixing it with warfarin-type blood thinners or sugar tablets, because neem, ginger and turmeric may add to their effect.
